Signing in to YourWin24, and fixing it when it will not let you

Nine times out of ten, a failed YourWin24 login comes down to one detail: the box wants your username. The other tenth is covered below too.

We see the same login questions every week, so we have written the answers down in the order people tend to run into them. Before anything else, check the address bar. The real login is only ever on yourwin24.info. If you reached a login form from a search ad, an email or a page with a slightly different domain, do not type your password into it.

Why does YourWin24 say my details are wrong?

Most often because the email address has gone into the username field. When you registered, you chose a username; that is what the login form expects. Browsers and password managers are helpful here in the wrong way, since they love to autofill an email address. Clear the field, type the username by hand, and try again.

Other common causes, in rough order of frequency:

• Caps Lock on, or an autocorrected first letter on a phone keyboard.
• A space pasted before or after the username or password.
• An old password saved in the browser after you changed it.
• Being on a lookalike site, where your real details will never work because the account does not exist there.

How do I reset my YourWin24 password?

1. On yourwin24.info, open the Login box.
2. Choose the password reset option.
3. Enter your username and the email address on the account. Both are needed.
4. Follow the link in the email you receive, and set a new password.

If the email does not arrive, check spam and promotions folders, and make sure you used the email address you registered with, not a newer one.

I have forgotten my username. What now?

The login box has a username recovery option. Enter the email address on your account and your username is sent to it. Once you have it, save it in your password manager under yourwin24.info, so that autofill finally starts helping instead of hindering.

Can I log in on my phone and my computer at once?

You can use the same account on any device, signing in with the same username and password. On a phone, the quickest route is the YourWin24 app for iOS and Android, which installs straight from the site and keeps you a tap away from the login. The app page explains how to add it.

How do I keep my YourWin24 login safe?

• Bookmark yourwin24.info and log in from the bookmark or the app, not from search results.
• Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
• Never give your password to anyone who contacts you, including people who say they work for YourWin24. We will not ask for it.
• If a site asks you to log in and then make a "verification deposit" to unlock your account, you are not on YourWin24. Read real vs fake YourWin24 sites.

What if none of this works?

If you have the correct username, a fresh password and you are definitely on yourwin24.info, contact the support team from the site. Tell them your username (never your password) and what message you see. Our support page lists what to include so the first reply can solve it.
